The book provides a coherent systematization of the processes and stages of Diagnostic, Planning, Monitoring, Controlling, and the Action: strength training in practice, with a brief practical example of these steps.
The author's intention is to synthesize the contents of the VBT to make them more practical and effective, with the purpose of assisting sports professionals in their practical field. Based on more than 180 references, the book reflects on several issues related to strength training, from concepts and definitions of means and methods, through reflections on ways of interpreting data collected based on a science that has been standing out today - the Data Science. Finally, the book aims to present a new, modern, and more effective way of managing and monitoring strength training in any area of activity, whether in the practice of educational, recreational, or high-performance sports.
